Kindle audio books

Kindle audiobooks
If you pay much attention to the technology industry or consumer electronics, you may be aware of a new “e-book” reader from Amazon.com, called the Amazon Kindle. The Amazon Kindle has a bunch of innovative features that are new in an ebook device, the two most important being an always-on wireless connection to the Internet, and the services provided by the (always connected) Amazon Kindle Store. You can learn more about the device’s specific features at the Kindle Store. Disclosure: If you buy a Kindle through the links above, I’ll get a kickback from Amazon.
How to Download Audio Books to Kindle

An Amazon Kindle owner can easily download audio books to the device through Audible, which is an Amazon company. An Audible connection will permit transfers of existing audio books or download new audio books to the Kindle.
A user can also manually move audible files onto Kindle by placing the files in the Kindle's "audible" directory.
Kindle Owners Can Now Download Audible Audio Books Directly Over Wifi
Why pay attention to the Kindle for it, then?
Today, Amazon wants to remind everyone about their Kindle’s speakers… they’ve just announced that Kindle users can now browse, buy and download Audible audio books, directly through their Kindle device.
It’s as easy as heading over to the Kindle Store on your Kindle. There, you can download them or just listen to a sample; when downloaded, audio books pop up in your main book list, just as if they were real ebooks.
If you’re already an Audible subscriber, you don’t even have to pay through Amazon: you can spend your Kindle credits.
Pretty cool.
